About Me

Hi! My name is Callie David and I offer traditional and non-traditional therapeutic techniques. For the last decade, I have been working in the health field. I’ve worked at eating disorder clinics, drug and alcohol rehab centers, community mental health centers, and more. I take a trauma-informed somatic approach as I help people get from disconnected and stuck in their mind to deeply connected to their own intuition. I bring my big heart and joy to the table as those can be some of the purest and most healing energies needed. I hold a safe, non-judgmental space as I use natural tools to encourage the movement and release of energy.

The beauty of working with someone who’s trained both in traditional and nontraditional practice is that we can take your experience much deeper. By adding in embodiment tools and cognitive restructuring, we can combine the benefits of both sides of healing for you to experience, in a safe, non-judgmental space.

As serious as all this work is, I love to bring my big heart and joy to the table as those can be some of the purest and most healing energies needed.

My Philosophy:

I TAKE A TRAUMA-INFORMED, RELATIONAL, AND HUMANISTIC APPROACH.

You are whole as you are and the ultimate leader. I’m here to offer guidance and support.

I work with all the different aspects of yourself, even the parts you might not recognize.

I help you learn how to cultivate love for yourself. From here, you can truly love others.

I walk you through a deeper realm of healing, back to your true Self.

I teach skills that will revolutionize your healing process.

I consider how gender, age, religion, ethnicity, social class, and sexual orientation shape the formation of your beliefs and identity.
